Who we are

What we collect

When you order: name, email, shipping address, phone, order and custom-request details. When you browse (only after you consent to analytics): anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, device and approximate region. We do not collect card numbers — payment happens on Stripe's page.

How we use it (legal basis)

Order data is used to perform our contract with you (fulfillment, support, reconciliation); analytics is used based on your consent to improve the site; some uses rest on legal obligations such as tax and customs.

Who we share with (processors)

To complete your order we share the necessary data with: Stripe (payment), our carrier YunExpress / 云途 (international shipping), the destination country's customs (clearance), and our email provider (order notifications). They process it only to provide the service to you. We never sell your personal data.

Cross-border transfer

Our servers are located in China; your data is processed outside the EU / UK. By placing an order you understand and agree to such transfer as needed to fulfill your cross-border order.

How long we keep it

Order-related data is kept as long as needed to complete the order and to meet legal requirements (tax / after-sales); anonymous analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted. You may ask us to delete data we are not required to keep.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site; anonymous analytics runs only after you click “Accept all” in the cookie prompt. If you Decline, no analytics runs and no analytics identifier is stored.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent (GDPR). California residents have the right to know, delete, and to opt out of the sale / sharing of personal information (CCPA / CPRA) — we do not sell your information.
