Design & Mould
In-house designers turn current trends into 2D renderings, locking the final draft only after size, style and detail are confirmed.
High-precision CNC carving cuts the mould; production starts only once tolerances pass, keeping every batch consistent.
Stone Setting
Hand-set by artisans with machine-assisted positioning. Zircon, natural stones and pearls are placed by hand for a tighter hold; premium pieces are entirely handmade.
Polishing & Plating
A two-stage rough-then-fine polish removes burrs and sharp edges for a warm, smooth, skin-friendly finish.
Multi-color plating in white gold, yellow gold, rose gold and gunmetal black, with a thickened anti-oxidation layer.
Quality Control
Four manual checkpoints, appearance, silver content, durability and dimensions; anything that fails goes back for rework.
Packaging
Every piece ships in a sealed anti-oxidation pouch and branded gift box; custom orders can add bespoke packaging.
