Multi-stage pre-shipment inspection
Every order passes multiple quality checks before shipping, ensuring it leaves the factory defect-free.
Shipping estimates & force majeure
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including customs inspection, weather, or logistics network disruptions.
Custom: confirmed proof governs
For custom orders, the mutually confirmed proof is the final standard. Minor handmade variations are normal and not quality defects.
Policy updates; existing orders honored
We reserve the right to adjust promotions and after-sales policies. Orders placed before any change are honored under the policy in effect at purchase.
