Silver Jewelry OEM/ODM, Step by Step: From Your Design to Bulk Delivery

Want your own silver designs but unsure how “custom manufacturing” actually works? This is our factory's real process, written out as we run it — what happens at each step, what it costs, how long it takes, and where disagreements usually come from, so nothing surprises you mid-project.

First, pick the right mode: ODM rework or OEM new mold

ODM rework: we modify an existing style of ours — different stones, chains, sizes, engraving, your logo. No new mold needed, so it starts faster and costs less. Best for brands that want to launch quickly.

OEM new mold: we build your piece from scratch, from your drawing or physical sample, cutting a brand-new mold. Best for brands with a finished design. Both modes share the same MOQ: 60 pieces per style.

What kind of artwork works

• A physical sample: the most accurate — ship it to us and we build from it.
• Design drawings: with dimensions, materials and stone positions marked, we can start directly.
• Reference photos: one picture plus the changes you want — confirmed in discussion, then we start.

Prototyping is handled by our 14-person 3D sampling and R&D team — they turn artwork of every kind into samples quickly, all year round.

The full process, with costs and timing

• ① Requirements: style, material (S925), quantity, target price — settled up front.
• ② Quotation: sampling fee plus a bulk unit-price range, based on your artwork.
• ③ Sampling: RMB 300 per style; complex designs quoted individually.
• ④ Sample approval: once you approve the physical sample, it's sealed as the reference. Bulk production follows the confirmed proof — minor handmade variations are normal, not defects, and our service terms say so in writing.
• ⑤ Bulk production: from 60 pieces per style; 10-15 working days for standard orders, 10-20 days for complex multi-stone pieces.
• ⑥ QC: multi-stage inspection before shipping, S925 hallmark on every piece, third-party lab recheck welcome.
• ⑦ Packing & shipping: dispatched from Yiwu, domestic and international logistics both supported.

When the sample fee comes back

Once your bulk order reaches 240 pieces, the sampling fee is refunded in full. The logic is simple: the sample is a shared trial cost — when a real order proves the style sells, that cost belongs on the factory's side.

After-sales boundaries, stated up front

Every bulk order passes multi-stage QC before shipping, and the sealed reference sample governs acceptance — minor handmade variations are normal, as our service terms state and as is standard across the custom trade. Personalized goods naturally carry narrower after-sales room than stock items, so confirm your proof carefully before ordering; details follow our service terms.
